Open the product and enable «Product with appointments (booking)», setting the booking days, from and to hours, slot length, people per slot, minimum notice and how many days ahead. The customer picks a day and time instead of a quantity, no slot is double-booked, and you see all upcoming bookings day by day.
The steps in the store panel
- Enable booking on the product
On the product page turn on «The customer books an appointment when ordering this product».
- Set the rules
«Booking days», «From» and «To» hours, «Slot length», «People per slot», «Minimum notice» and «How many days ahead».
- Follow the appointments
In «Appointments», all upcoming bookings day by day; a cancelled or returned order frees its slot by itself.
What you should know
- The AI seller books the slot from the chat too, from the free slots the store offers.
- A booking product does not appear in sales-channel catalogs.
