How do I give VIP or wholesale customers a discount or free shipping automatically?

In «Customers» → «Customer groups» you press «New group», type its name and its discount or «Free shipping», then add its members' numbers, one per line. The discount or free shipping applies by itself when a member signs in with their own WhatsApp number.
The steps in the store panel
- Create the group
In «Customers» open «Customer groups», press «New group» and name it, such as «Wholesale customers».
- Set the benefit
«Group discount %» and/or «Free shipping».
- Add the numbers
In «Add numbers to the group», one number per line in any format; a number that has not ordered yet is registered and waits for its first sign-in.
What you should know
- The group discount applies only to someone signed in with their own WhatsApp number; a number anyone types is not enough.
- The group discount competes with automatic offers and the better one applies; a coupon adds on top.
- Deleting a group does not delete its customers.
