The customer subscribes once, each cycle's order is made by itself and confirmed with them on WhatsApp like any order, and you follow subscribers in «Customer subscriptions».
The steps in the store panel
- Enable it on the product
Open the product, enable «Subscribe and save» in the extra settings, choose the available cycles and the subscriber discount, and save.
- The customer subscribes once
On the product page the customer picks the subscription and its cycle; each cycle's order is then made on time by itself.
- Follow subscribers
In «Customer subscriptions» you see the customer, product, cycle, order count, last and next order, and active, paused and cancelled subscriptions.
What you should know
- Each order is at the product's price on the day less the subscriber discount, one order per cycle.
- Renewals are by cash on delivery or transfer; nothing charges a card by itself.
- The customer postpones, pauses or cancels from a signed link with no account; if you hide the product or stop offering the subscription on it, its subscriptions pause.
