The short answer

Two ways: first, the «Transfer / InstaPay» card in «Payment methods», where you list your InstaPay address and Vodafone Cash number; the customer transfers and uploads the receipt, and you mark the order paid after checking it. Second, the wallet through Kashier or Paymob, where the customer pays from their wallet on the gateway page and payment is confirmed automatically.

The steps in the store panel

  1. Enable the transfer card

    In «Shipping & payment» → «Payment methods», tick «Enable» on the «Transfer / InstaPay» card.

  2. Write the transfer details

Under «Transfer details» list every method you accept, one per line: InstaPay address, Vodafone Cash number, a bank account if you like, then «Save».

  3. Check the receipt and confirm

The customer uploads the receipt with the order; you check it and mark the order paid from its page with «Confirm received — paid».

  4. Or take wallets automatically

For confirmation with no checking, enable the wallet in Kashier or Paymob, and the customer pays inside the gateway page.

What you should know

  • Transfer with a receipt needs no gateway contract, but it needs you to check each receipt before confirming the order.
  • A wallet payment through Kashier or Paymob is confirmed automatically by the gateway, and needs wallets enabled on your account there.
  • You can give a discount to those who pay upfront instead of cash on delivery.
