ArabyBot vs ChatMaxima — global, or built for your market

6 min read Updated 4 September 2026 No claims made on their behalf

The short answer

ChatMaxima is a respectable product and this page will not pretend otherwise. The difference that matters to a merchant in Egypt, Saudi Arabia or the Gulf is not product quality — it is which channels you get, whether Arabic and dialect are built in rather than translated, how you are able to pay, and whether you can run the whole thing from your phone.

1. What ChatMaxima does well

A comparison that says the alternative is bad is not a comparison, it is an advert. So these are the things it genuinely does well — and if one of them is the thing you care most about, take it.

  • Eight channels in one platform, including Telegram, SMS and email — wider than ours.
  • Apps on both stores, published pricing starting below ours, and an enterprise tier.
  • Global reach: they cite 10,000+ businesses across 150+ countries, with integrations including Magento and Stripe.
  • Over a hundred languages with automatic detection — if your customers are outside the Arab region, that is a real difference.

2. The real differences

  • Language versus dialect: "a hundred languages" is not "Egyptian colloquial". A customer writes «بكام ده يا باشا» or «الحين موجود؟»; our agent is trained on that and answers in the same register — and understands the voice notes many of them send instead of typing.
  • Your market's stores: Salla and Easy Orders are connected here. A Saudi store is usually on Salla and an Egyptian one is often on Easy Orders — we find neither among their integrations.
  • Cash on delivery: confirming an order before shipping is the item that saves money in this market specifically, and we do not find it announced on their side — which is expected of a global platform not built for a COD market.
  • Billing: pay in pounds or riyals through local methods. A platform that prices in dollars and needs an international card adds friction at every renewal.

The differences, row by row

This table drops every row where we and ChatMaxima are the same — twenty rows saying "yes" on both sides help nobody. What is left is the delta, in both directions.

Frequently asked

Is supporting Arabic not enough?

Supporting Arabic means the interface and the model read Arabic. What decides the sale is whether the bot understands how your customer actually writes — in dialect, sometimes in Latin letters, often as a voice note — and answers from your catalogue rather than general knowledge. Those are two different things.

My customers are both inside and outside the Arab region.

If most of them are outside the region and you need Telegram and dozens of languages, a global platform fits better, and we say so plainly. If the weight is in Egypt and the Gulf, what you will use every day is dialect, the store connection and order confirmation — and those are built here.
