Dropshipping is a way of selling where you do not buy the stock in advance: you list the supplier's product in your store at your price, and when a customer orders it you pass the order to the supplier, who ships it directly; you keep the difference between the two prices.

How is Dropshipping worked out?
margin = your price − supplier price − ad cost per orderExample: the supplier charges EGP 200 including shipping and you sell at 320. Your margin before ads = EGP 120; if each order costs EGP 80 in ads, 40 is left.
Why does Dropshipping matter to a seller?
Because it looks capital-free, but it puts product quality and delivery time in someone else's hands, and the thin margin gets eaten by ads and returns. Work out the profit after ad cost and returns before you start.
