Writing an ad with AI: the structure of text that sells, and what Meta rejects
The four-part structure of ad text, what to give the AI so it does not write generic words, dialect and emoji count by price, and the list of what Meta's policies reject — with examples for each place an ad opens.

The short answer
Text that sells has a structure: a first line that stops the reader, then two to four lines of product facts, then a line of trust such as cash on delivery and delivery, then a clear request that fits where the ad opens. Give the AI your product's facts, its audience and their dialect, and ask it to avoid what Meta rejects: addressing the reader's personal attributes, income promises and guarantees, and asking for likes and shares. In ArabyBot the AI writes the text in this structure and checks it before publishing.

The four-part structure of ad text
- A line that stops the reader
Under 110 characters, with one emoji, saying the benefit rather than the product's name. Example: "Shut the noise out of your world 🎧".
- The product's facts
Two to four lines, each one a fact: size, material, battery life, price. Words like "high quality" or "unique design" with no fact behind them convince nobody.
- A line of trust
What reassures the buyer: cash on delivery, delivery to every province, or exchanges. One line is enough.
- A clear request
What the reader does now, according to what the ad opens: a WhatsApp chat, Messenger, your store page, or a lead form.
| The ad opens | Example last line |
|---|---|
| "Tap and message us on WhatsApp — we reply in seconds" | |
| Messenger | "Send us a message and we will hold your size" |
| Your store page | "Order on the site — pay on delivery" |
| A lead form | "Leave your number and we will call within the hour" |
What to give the AI so it does not write generic words
AI writes as well as it is informed. Generic text — "a great product at a special price" — is a sign it was given nothing. Give it:
- The product's name and price, and its options in sizes and colours
- The real offer and how long it lasts, if there is one
- How payment, delivery and exchanges work
- Who buys: age and city, and men, women or both
- The buyers' dialect, and where the ad opens
In ArabyBot you do not type all this: the AI reads it from your product in the store — options, offers, price, delivery and cash on delivery — and from your Page and orders.
Tone and emoji by price
| Price level | Tone | Emoji in the text |
|---|---|---|
| High | Calm and confident, talking about quality through facts | 1 to 2 |
| Middle | Friendly and clear | 2 to 4 |
| Low, or an offer | Lively and quick | 3 to 6 |
What Meta rejects in ad text
| Not allowed | Rejected example | An accepted alternative |
|---|---|---|
| Addressing a personal attribute of the reader | "Are you overweight?" | "A meal plan for anyone who wants a fresh start" |
| Income promises and guarantees | "Earn 10,000 a month, guaranteed" | What the person really learns, with no promised figure |
| Health and body "before and after" | "Before and after in one week" | The product's ingredients and how to use it |
| Asking for engagement | "Like, share and tag a friend" | A request about the product: "Order now" |
| An offer that is not real | "Last piece" when it is not | The real offer and its duration |
| Excess caps and punctuation | "OFFER!!! DON'T MISS IT!!!" | A normal sentence stating the offer |
How ArabyBot's ads manager writes
The AI writes the text in the four-part structure, in your product audience's dialect, with an emoji count that suits its price, then checks it against the list above and warns you about any phrase that may be rejected. In the ad there are three buttons: "Write it for me" for new text, "Improve it" for text you wrote, and rewriting the ad if Meta rejects it while keeping what was good in it. The picture that carries the text has its own road in designing an ad with AI.
Frequently asked questions
Can I write an ad with AI for free?
Yes, general chat assistants write an ad for free if you give them your product's facts, the four-part structure and the list of what Meta rejects from this page. The difference in ArabyBot's ads manager is that it reads the facts from your store and orders itself, checks the text against Meta's policies, and puts it in the ad directly.
How long should the ad text be?
The first line matters most: Meta recommends keeping primary text around 125 characters, because the rest hides behind "See more" on many screens. Put the idea and the price at the start, and the details after for whoever opens it.
Should I write the price in the ad?
Yes, in most cases. An ad without a price fills the messages with "how much?" from people who have not decided yet, and a visible price brings in people closer to buying. It is one of the seven reasons for messages without orders.
Which dialect should the ad use?
In the dialect of whoever buys: Egyptian for an audience in Egypt, Gulf for the Gulf, and simple Modern Standard Arabic for a broad Arab audience. The dialect is chosen for the audience, not for the shop owner.
What do I do if Meta rejects my ad because of the text?
Read the reason in Meta's message and remove what matches it in the table above: a question about a personal attribute, a guaranteed promise, or a request for engagement. In ArabyBot the AI rewrites a rejected ad according to the reason and keeps what was good in it.
