The short answer

A chatbot's price is three numbers, not one: the platform's monthly subscription, the AI replies (a number included in the plan, extra ones per message), and Meta's fees on the WhatsApp messages you start — Messenger and Instagram carry no message fees. The cheapest chatbot for you is the cheapest plan that covers the channel your customers actually message from, not the cheapest subscription on the market: a Messenger-only bot costs far less than one that joins every channel, and a free bot suits a business with few messages.

What you pay for: three costs

What a chatbot's price is made of
CostFor whatWhen it is paid
The platform subscriptionThe bot, the unified inbox, the team and the reportsMonthly or yearly, fixed
AI repliesThe AI agent's replies to your customersA monthly number in the plan, extra per message — or your own key
Meta's fees (WhatsApp only)The messages you start with a template: the notice, the reminder, the offerAt Meta's rate for the customer's country, with no margin from us

Your reply to a conversation the customer started on WhatsApp is free for the first 1,000 a month per number, and Messenger and Instagram carry no message fees at all. So a business that answers questions more than it sends offers usually pays the subscription alone.

Three costs: a fixed subscription, AI replies in the plan, and Meta's fees on what you start on WhatsApp

The cheapest chatbot for each channel

10 $ a monthThe cheapest plan with Facebook — Facebook Plan
25 $ a monthThe cheapest plan with Instagram — FB & IG Pro
40 $ a monthThe cheapest plan with WhatsApp — WhatsApp Lite
20 $ a monthThe cheapest plan with TikTok — TikTok Pro

Start from the channel most of your customers actually message from, not from the plan that joins everything: a store whose orders come from Facebook ads starts with a Messenger bot, and a business whose customers write on WhatsApp starts with a WhatsApp plan, then upgrades as the channels grow. An upgrade is credited against the remaining period automatically.

Costs that do not show in the price

  1. An unofficial tool costs the number itself

A cheap bot that runs WhatsApp from the phone app instead of the official API exposes your number to a ban, and losing the number and its customers costs more than any subscription.

  2. A wrong reply costs an order

A bot that does not understand the dialect or invents a price loses the customer you paid to reach. Test the reply quality in your customers' dialect before comparing prices.

  3. The time setup takes

A platform that needs a developer for every change costs you hours each week. The cheapest in the end is what you change yourself from a clear panel.

  4. The currency gap at checkout

A dollar price converted at checkout moves with the exchange rate and card fees. A price set in your currency stays as you saw it.

How to compare two offers

Six questions before choosing a chatbot
The questionWhy it matters
Does it run on WhatsApp's official API?Only the official API protects the number from a ban
How many AI replies are in the plan, and what do extras cost? This is where the real price differs as customers grow
Does it understand your customers' dialect?Try it with five messages written the way your customers write
Does it read your real products and prices?A bot without the catalogue guesses, and guesses cost orders
Does it add a margin on Meta's fees? Some platforms sell the message above Meta's price
Is the price in your currency? So what you pay does not move with the exchange rate
The cheapest in the end is what protects the number and understands your customers

Frequently asked questions

1

What is the cheapest chatbot?

The cheapest chatbot for you is the cheapest plan that covers the channel your customers message from. With us a Facebook and Messenger bot starts at the lowest plan in the table above, and a WhatsApp bot at the lowest plan that includes WhatsApp, both at the price set in our system in your currency. If your messages are very few, a free bot may be enough — when a free bot is enough.

2

Is there a free chatbot?

We have no zero-price plan; there is a trial before subscribing. The market has free tiers limited by message count, channels or no AI, which suit a business with few messages. Avoid tools that run WhatsApp from the phone app instead of the official API: numbers get banned on them.

3

What does a WhatsApp chatbot cost in Saudi Arabia?

Two numbers: the platform subscription in riyals as in the plans table, and Meta's fees on the messages you start at its official Saudi rate — your replies to what the customer starts are free for the first 1,000 a month per number. The detail in riyals is in WhatsApp API pricing in Saudi Arabia.

4

Do I pay Meta on top of the subscription?

On WhatsApp only, and on the messages you start with a template, at Meta's official rate for the customer's country, with no margin added by us. Messenger and Instagram carry no message fees from Meta.

5

Are the AI replies included in the price?

Every plan includes a monthly number of AI-agent replies on our keys, and extra replies are message packs bought per message, not per token. You can connect your own provider key and then we do not bill the replies.
