The problem, and the answer

"I want a scent like …", "how many hours does it last?" and "is it a good gift for a man?" are questions of taste, not price, and each needs a salesperson who knows the shelf — and the season (Ramadan and Eid) packs them all into two weeks.

The customer describes what they like ("woody, heavy, long-lasting") and the bot suggests from your catalogue by your written notes, answers availability, sizes and price, collects a gift order with wrapping, card and address, and reminds for repeat purchase when the bottle runs out — and the bot discounts nothing and promises no scent outside your catalogue.

No online store yet?

ArabyBot Store is an Arabic online store with ready templates, cash on delivery, gateways in your name and couriers — and the same agent sells from its products on WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram and confirms the order inside the chat.

ArabyBot is the only bot in the Arab market with its own store platform: the bot and the store are one system in one account.

How it actually works

  1. Suggests by taste

"Woody, heavy, for winter" → three suggestions from your catalogue by your notes: family, longevity, occasion and price, with the bottle's photo.

  2. Answers availability and sizes

50 or 100 ml, the tester, original box or decant, and when what ran out returns — from your catalogue or connected store.

  3. Collects the gift order

Scent, size, wrapping, card text, recipient address, delivery time and phone, then confirmation before shipping.

  4. Reminds and brings back

After the interval you set from the last order: "running low?" on an approved template to those who opted in, and the season campaign to the "customer" label.

It answers from your files, not from general knowledge

You upload your prices, your hours and your terms, and the agent answers from them. If an answer is not in your files it says so and hands over to a person — it does not invent one. That is not an optional setting, it is how it works.

And what the bot will not do here

A limit written into its rules, not a judgement call

The bot invents no description: it suggests from the taste notes you wrote per scent (family, longevity, occasion, gender), never says "similar to brand X" unless you wrote it, gives no discount, and confirms no size it did not read.

Asked for “something like…” another brand, the bot asks about taste and invents no likeness

And the number worth measuring

The number that matters is the taste description that ended in an order: a suggestion, then a size, then an address and phone with no salesperson. The second: who came back after the repeat-purchase reminder — counted by tag.

And you run all of it from your phoneEverything on this page is also run from the ArabyBot mobile app — replies, orders, campaigns and AI reports. Not a web dashboard only.

Not only WhatsApp

The same agent answers on Instagram, Messenger, Facebook comments and TikTok, in the same inbox. The customer who commented on a post and the one who sent a message are the same person — and you see them that way.

Frequently asked

The customer sends a bottle photo from Instagram and asks "do you have it?"

It searches your catalogue by image and replies with the closest match, name, price and availability; if none, it says "we do not carry it" rather than guess.

Does it work for oud and bakhoor sold by the tola?

Yes — the unit and price per grade as in your file, and the bot never grades oud from a description; the grade and final price come from the seller.
