How do I set an automatic discount, a flash sale or a buy-X-get-Y offer in my store with no coupon?

In “Automatic offers” press “New offer” and choose the type: a percentage or an amount off the cart above a minimum, a flash sale on one product with a countdown on its page, or “Buy X, get Y free” that repeats with the quantity. The offer applies itself with no code for the customer to type, and starts and ends when you set.
The steps in the store panel
- Open automatic offers
In the store panel open “Automatic offers”, press “New offer” and write the name the customer sees, such as “White Friday discount”.
- Choose the type
“Percentage of the cart” or “Amount off the cart” with an order minimum, a “Flash sale on a product” at a percentage for a set time, or “Buy X, get Y free”.
- Set the dates
Pick when it “Starts” and “Ends”, or leave the end blank to run until you stop it. A future offer shows as “Scheduled”.
What you should know
- In “Buy X, get Y” the gift repeats with quantity — 10 plus 2, 20 plus 4 — and is written on every order.
- A flash sale shows a countdown on the product page for its duration.
- A customer group's discount competes with automatic offers and the better one applies; a coupon adds on top.
