How do I post new products to Facebook and Instagram automatically from ArabyBot Store?

The short answer
In "Marketing" → "Tools" → "Auto-posting", switch on "Post every new product automatically" and pick the Facebook Page connected to the bot and the Instagram account linked to it. Every new product then becomes a post with its photos, price, link, an AI-written caption and hashtags, spaced out with a daily cap you set, right away or after you review it.
The steps in the store panel
- Open Auto-posting
In the sidebar open "Marketing", and in the "Tools" tab press "Auto-posting" under "To sell more".
- Connect a Page if needed
If it says no Page is connected, press the connect button and connect a Facebook Page (with its Instagram account) in the bot panel, then come back.
- Switch on and pick channels
Switch on "Post every new product automatically", choose the "Page", then "On Facebook" and "On Instagram".
- Set the rhythm
Under the timing step choose "Right away" or "After I review", then "Gap between posts" and "Posts per day at most", and switch on "Imported products too" if you want.
- Choose what goes in and save
Under "What goes into the post?" choose all product photos or the main photo only, the price, description, offers and the rest, and the "Number of hashtags", then press "Save".
- Try it on a product
In "Try it on a product" pick a product to preview the post, or press "Post it now".
What you should know
- The gap between posts is 10, 20, 30 or 60 minutes (20 by default) and the daily cap is 5, 12 or 20 posts (12 by default); Instagram's own ceiling is 25 posts a day per account.
- Each product is posted once per channel; editing it later does not post it again, and a product without a photo is skipped until you add one.
- It needs a Facebook Page connected to ArabyBot; Instagram is offered only when an Instagram account is linked to that Page.
- The AI writes the caption from the product's own facts; if it is unavailable, a plain template built from the same facts is used.
- If the Page connection drops, posting stops and the page says so; reconnect it in the bot panel and save. Other errors are retried three times.

No. Imported products are posted only if you switch on "Imported products too", and then they follow the gap and daily cap you chose, never all at once.
