How do I move my products from Shopify, WooCommerce or a CSV file to ArabyBot Store?

The short answer
In “Products” → “Import”, upload the product export from Shopify or WooCommerce as it is, or a CSV on the ArabyBot template, and names, prices, sizes, colours and photos are read. You can also add a product from the link of its page, or turn the posts of your Facebook or Instagram page into products.
The steps in the store panel
- Open the import page
In “Products” press “Import” to open “Import products”.
- Upload the export file
Export the products from the Shopify or WooCommerce dashboard, then in the “Upload” card pick the file under “CSV file” and press “Import”. The file type is recognised from its header row.
- Or fill the ArabyBot template
Press “Download template” and fill its columns: name and price (required), compare-at price, SKU, stock, category, description, brand, image link and visible. Save it from Excel as CSV UTF-8.
- Add a product from a link
In “Add a product from a link” paste the product page link and press “Get the product”. It arrives hidden with its name, description, photos and price, so you review it and set your price before it shows.
- Build products from your page
Press “Make my products from my page”, pick the page and the posts that are products, and press “Turn them into products”. “Every new post becomes a product by itself” adds each new product post every half hour.
What you should know
- A row whose SKU matches an existing product updates it instead of duplicating it, a new row is added, and a row missing its name or price is skipped and counted after the upload.
- Up to 2,000 products per file, and a category that does not exist yet is created automatically.
- Building from posts needs a Facebook or Instagram page connected to the ArabyBot account, handles up to 60 posts at a time, and reads the name, price and sizes from the caption with the AI on your account; a post with no price is added hidden until you set one.
- Photos of a product imported from a link are copied to our servers within minutes, so they do not depend on the original site.
- The product file moves products only; orders and reviews do not travel with it, and customers are imported with a separate file from “Customers” → “Import”.

Will the links of my old store break after the move?
If you connect your old domain to ArabyBot Store, old product and category links in the Shopify and WooCommerce shapes redirect by themselves (a permanent 301) to the matching pages, and links with no match are listed under “Settings” → “Domain” → “Old links” for you to point.
Can I add a product from AliExpress or Amazon?
Yes, with “Add a product from a link”: paste the product page link and it arrives hidden with its name, description, photos and price, then you set your price before showing it.
