The short answer

In the store panel's “Reports” you pick the period and see its numbers against the period before: sales, orders and delivery, products and stock, customers, marketing and order sources, payments, and estimated profit for products with a cost price. Every table downloads to Excel or prints. And every morning a summary of yesterday reaches your phone: orders, sales, what awaits confirmation and what is running out.

The steps in the store panel

  1. Open the reports

In the store panel open “Reports” and pick the period; its numbers show against the same period before it.

  2. Read the overview

Sales, counted orders, average order value, customers and how many are new, the visitor conversion rate, and estimated profit.

  3. Open the report you need

“Sales” day by day, “Orders and delivery” with confirmation, delivery, cancellation and return rates and time to the door, “Products and stock”, “Customers”, “Marketing” with visitor and order sources, campaigns and coupons, and “Payments”.

  4. Download or print

Every table has “Download Excel” and “Print”, with headers in the panel's language and rows as you see them.

What you should know

  • Estimated profit is the selling price minus the cost price, for products with a cost price only, and shows the share of sales it was worked out on.
  • The conversion rate counts who bought on the site itself out of every 100 visitors; WhatsApp and chat orders count in orders.
  • The morning summary is one notice on your phone with yesterday's orders and sales against the day before, the top seller, what awaits confirmation, what is running out, visitors, and what the ads spent and brought. A day with nothing to say sends no notice.
  • “Yesterday” follows your store country's clock, so an 11:30 pm order in Riyadh counts on its own day.

Yes, under “Marketing” and on the order page: each order's source by ad or channel. Order source.
