After delivery the customer rates, and reviews reach «Reviews» in the store panel as «Awaiting approval». You approve or hide them and write a reply shown beneath. Only approved reviews appear in the store and in Google's stars, marked «Verified purchase».
The steps in the store panel
- Wait for the review after delivery
A review comes from a customer who received their order, so it carries a «Verified purchase» badge.
- Review it in Reviews
In the store panel open «Reviews»; new ones are «Awaiting approval», so press «Approve» or «Hide».
- Reply to it
Write the «Store reply» to show beneath the review; a kind reply to criticism wins over whoever reads after.
What you should know
- Only approved reviews appear in the store and Google's stars.
- For rating the store itself: the buyer of a delivered order rates the store from their order's link, one rating per order, and the real average and count are shown.
