An online store for selling spices

The short answer
Spices are bought by weight, so give each one its weights as variants with their prices: 100, 250 and 500 grams and a kilo. In ArabyBot Store you enter «Weight (grams)» for each variant so shipping is charged «per kg» from the cart's weight, set a «Min quantity per order» for wholesale items, and «Quantity offers» for blends.
What a spices store needs, and how ArabyBot Store covers it
Each weight is a variant with its price: 100, 250 and 500 grams and a kilo, so the customer picks what suits them.
You enter each variant's weight in grams, and add a «per kg» price on top of the base price in the shipping zone.

Selling spices on WhatsApp: the AI seller answers from your products
The commonest question at a spice store is about weight, freshness and the wholesale price, and the AI seller answers from your products:
Do you have ground cumin? Is it fresh?
Yes, ground cumin is EGP 45 for a 250 g pack, ground this week. It also comes in 500 g at EGP 85.
I want a quantity for my restaurant — is there a wholesale price?
Yes, the wholesale price is EGP 150 a kilo from 5 kg up. Send your name and address to record the order.

Payment and shipping for a spices store
Spices are light but suffer from damp and smells, so pack them in sealed bags or jars, and charge shipping by the cart's real weight. Large restaurant orders often come cash on delivery, so confirm them on WhatsApp before packing.

Mistakes that cost a spices store
- One price for every weight
A kilo priced as four quarters wastes the volume advantage; give the larger weight a better price per kilo.
- A flat shipping price
A flat price loses you money on heavy orders; charge by the kilo.
- Health promises
Do not write that a spice cures an illness; write its taste and use. Health promises are rejected in ads too. Facebook ad policy.

How do I show blends?
Each blend is a product with its ingredients in the description, and its weights as variants with their prices.
Does the bot answer questions on weights and prices?
Yes, from your products, their weights and prices, and it records the order in the chat.
