You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable use
- No spam or harmful content.
- No impersonation or fraud.
- Comply with Meta policies and local laws.
- Obtain customer consent before messaging.
3. Billing
Plans are paid in advance. Auto-renews unless canceled. Meta fees (if any) are charged at official rates.
4. Cancellation
Cancel anytime from the dashboard. 7-day refund window from first charge.
5. Intellectual property
ArabyBot, the logo, and all software remain our exclusive property. Your content remains entirely yours.
6. Disclaimer
We provide the service "as-is". We don't guarantee absolute uptime but commit to 99.9%.
7. Law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, with reserved right to international arbitration.
8. Modifications
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes 30 days in advance.
