What ArabyBot actually is

ArabyBot is a business conversation-automation platform based in Cairo, founded in 2024, and a verified Meta Business Partner. It runs WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Facebook comments and TikTok from a single inbox, and serves merchants in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Jordan.

Three things separate it in practice: the AI agent is built on Arabic — Egyptian, Gulf and MSA — and understands the voice notes many customers send instead of typing; it connects to the store platforms this market actually uses (Shopify, WooCommerce, Easy Orders; Salla and Zid written and opening by agreement), confirming cash-on-delivery orders before dispatch and reading real stock; and every screen in the system is in the mobile app, because a shop owner is not sitting at a computer.

Since 2026 ArabyBot also offers ArabyBot Store: an Arabic online store on ready templates, with cash on delivery and gateways in the merchant's own name, and couriers with automatic waybills and tracking — the difference being that it is wired to the same AI agent, which sells from the store's products, prices and stock on WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram and takes and confirms the order inside the chat. Every question about the platform has a page with its steps in the help centre and the store help centre.

And what we publish about ourselves

Every competitor in this market can copy a price list or a feature grid. None of them can copy a number we measured ourselves. So we publish what we measure on our own platform — and its limits with it: the sample size, how concentrated it is, and what we cannot see. A figure without its limits is not a measurement, it is a claim.
