The short answer

The 24-hour window opens whenever a customer messages you and lasts 24 hours from their last message. Inside it you reply with any text, image or file; once it closes you can only write to them with an approved template.

Why does The 24-hour window matter to a seller?

Because most of your replies fall inside it, and they are the cheapest: the first thousand replies per number each month are free since 1 October 2026, then charged at the utility rate. A fast reply saves you a paid template later.

The 24-hour window in ArabyBot

In ArabyBot the AI agent replies at once inside the window, and when it closes you send an approved template from the inbox to start again. The keep-the-window-open feature helps it not close before you finish the conversation.
