The customer who went quiet ask before the window closes

On WhatsApp, every customer message opens twenty-four hours in which you reply in your own words, free. When those hours pass with nothing from them, all that is left is a paid approved template. This service asks the customer one button question two hours before the close — a tap reopens the window and the conversation stays free.

The problem

What happens in the twenty-fifth hour

A customer asks about a product, you answer, they get busy. Twenty-four hours after their last message Meta closes the window: you can no longer write "still interested?" in your own words, only through a pre-approved template at the marketing rate. Most merchants do one of two things: pay the template for every customer who went quiet, or let them go and lose the sale. There is a third option at hour twenty-two: one button question, still inside the window so free, and the button is in the customer's hand. A tap opens a fresh twenty-four hours; no tap costs you nothing and bothers nobody with a template.

How it works

How it works

Turn it on and pick the numbers

In WhatsApp settings pick the numbers it runs on, the minimum age of the last message (22 hours by default) and the cooldown between two questions to the same customer.

The bot scans conversations hourly

Every conversation whose last customer message is 22 to 24 hours old joins the list — anyone asked within the cooldown is skipped.

One button question

A short interactive message with one button, sent inside the window so it costs nothing at Meta, and logged before sending so it never repeats.

The customer decides

A tap opens a new window and your AI agent or team carries on free. No tap, and the approved template is still there whenever you choose.

What you get

What you get

A free reply instead of a paid template

Every customer who taps is a marketing template you did not pay for and a conversation back inside the free window.

The button is the customer's

Nothing opens unless they tap. The service asks, never pushes — which is what protects your number's quality rating at Meta.

Timing you set

The minimum message age and the cooldown are two numbers in settings, each no less than an hour.

Per number

Turn it on for the sales number and leave it off on support if you like.

A log for every question

Who was asked, when and whether they tapped — so you know how many windows reopened and how many templates you saved.

The AI agent carries on

When the customer answers, the AI agent picks up in their dialect where it left off, or the thread lands in the team inbox.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask

Does the message reopen the window by itself?

No. Only a message from the customer opens a window, and that is what the button tap is. The service asks at the right moment; the customer does the opening.

Does this not annoy the customer?

One question, once per cooldown, inside a conversation they started yesterday. Far lighter than a marketing template after the close. Whoever does not want to talk does not tap, and nothing more follows.

How much does it actually save?

Every tap is a marketing template you did not pay — about 3.10 EGP in Egypt. The log shows the questions and taps on your number, so the saving is a figure you read, not an estimate we write.

Does it work with the AI agent?

Yes. When the customer taps, the agent carries on from where it stopped with the previous context, in the customer's own dialect.

On which plan?

On any plan that includes WhatsApp, from WhatsApp Lite at forty dollars a month. See pricing.
