The short answer
Insights are a numbers panel a platform shows for your page or account: how many people the content reached, how often it was viewed, how much engagement it got, where followers are and when they are active.

Why does Insights matter to a seller?
Because they tell you which content your audience likes and when to post. But they measure attention, not sales: a post with thousands of likes may bring no order, and a quiet one may bring ten. Sales are measured in orders, not likes.
Insights in ArabyBot
In ArabyBot every order is tied to the ad or conversation it came from, so you see orders per ad, not just likes; and TikTok analytics for your videos' performance. Measuring ads by orders.
Frequently asked questions
Which insights number matters most?
For sales: the messages and orders the content brought, then reach; likes say the least.
Why do Meta's ad numbers differ from my orders?
Meta counts the engagement and conversions it sees, and cash-on-delivery orders may be refused later; the right measure is the delivered order.
When should I post?
In the hours insights show your followers are active, then test and compare.
