The short answer

TikTok analytics are your account's and videos' numbers: followers, views, likes, comments and shares. You see them in the TikTok app under TikTok Studio once you have at least one public video, for the last 7, 28 or 60 days. The fairest number for comparing your videos is the engagement rate: likes, comments and shares divided by views; a video with many views and no comments is weaker than one with fewer views where people write and ask. In ArabyBot you see followers over thirty days and every video sorted by views or engagement, plus the comments the bot answered.

Where to find TikTok analytics

In the TikTok app open your profile, and from the menu go to TikTok Studio, then Analytics; on a computer it is in TikTok Studio on TikTok's site. Numbers appear after your first public video, and you pick the period: the last 7, 28 or 60 days. TikTok moves menu names between versions, so if the name differs, look for “Analytics” under creator or business tools.

What each number means

TikTok analytics numbers
NumberWhat it meansWhat it tells you
ViewsHow many times the video played; one viewer may count more than onceWhether the video reached people, not whether they liked it
LikesWho tapped the heartThe easiest interaction and the least telling
CommentsWho wrote under the videoThe strongest signal for a seller: price and size questions are here
SharesWho sent the video on or reposted itThe video was worth showing to others
FollowersWho follows your account; it changes dailyWhether your account draws people over time

Engagement rate: the number that compares fairly

Views alone mislead, because one video can spread by chance. Fairer is the engagement rate: add likes, comments and shares and divide by views. Example: a video seen 20,000 times with 900 likes, 60 comments and 40 shares has 1,000 ÷ 20,000 = 5%. Another seen 4,000 times with 380 likes, 50 comments and 10 shares has 440 ÷ 4,000 = 11%; its audience engaged more than twice as much despite fewer views.

For a shop owner

Look at comments before likes: a comment asking “how much?” or “is there a large size?” is a customer about to buy. Every hour it waits unanswered lowers the chance of an order.

What to do with the numbers

From numbers to a decision
What you seeWhat you do
A video engaging above your account's averageMake versions of it: the same idea from another angle or with another product
Many views, few commentsEnd the video with a question or a clear call to comment
Many comments asking the priceAnswer every comment fast, and move the serious ones to messages
Followers flat or fallingChange posting times and vary the content, and watch the line for thirty days

TikTok analytics in ArabyBot

After connecting your TikTok account, the “Analytics” card shows followers and their line over the last thirty days, total likes and views, and the number of videos. Below it your videos sorted as you like: newest, most viewed, most liked, most commented, most shared, or “best engagement” worked out with the same formula. Beside it, comment automation: the comments on your videos, the replies the bot sent, and the people welcomed on their first comment. TikTok comment automation.

Frequently asked questions

1

Why can't I see my TikTok analytics?

Because the account has not yet posted at least one public video, or the video is new and its numbers are not counted yet; TikTok updates analytics in stages, not live.

2

What is a good TikTok engagement rate?

No single number fits every account; small accounts usually engage at a higher rate than big ones. Compare your videos with each other: what beats your account's average worked, what falls below it did not.

3

Are analytics available on a personal account?

Yes, analytics show for personal and business accounts. A business account suits a business better because it opens the business tools and connections to apps such as ArabyBot.

4

How do I know whether sales came from TikTok?

Analytics do not say who bought. Watch what happens after the video: price and size questions in the comments, messages, and orders on the same days. When the bot answers those comments quickly, no one asking slips away. Replying to TikTok comments.
