The short answer

In the ArabyBot dashboard open the “TikTok Hub”, press “Connect TikTok”, sign in to TikTok and approve the permissions. The bot then answers comments under your videos with rules you write or with the AI agent, and welcomes each new commenter’s first comment. It is comments only: there are no private messages on TikTok, so every reply is a public comment.

The steps in the ArabyBot dashboard

  1. Open the TikTok Hub

In the sidebar of the app.arabybot.com dashboard open the “TikTok Hub”. It appears when your plan includes the TikTok tools.

  2. Press “Connect TikTok”

You go to TikTok’s own page: sign in and approve the requested permissions, including reading and managing comments, then you return to the dashboard.

  3. Check the connected account

The “Connected account” section shows the account name with the status “Connected”, plus “Reconnect” and “Disconnect” buttons.

  4. Add a reply rule

Open “TikTok comment automation” and press “Add rule”: set the scope (“All my videos” or one video), the trigger (“Any comment” or a keyword), then the reply text, one line per reply used in rotation, or let the AI agent answer.

  5. Turn on the welcome reply (optional)

In “TikTok welcome reply (comments)” switch on the welcome reply, write two or three lines used in rotation, then save. It is posted once per commenter, on their first comment.

What you should know

  • ArabyBot sends no private messages on TikTok; both the reply and the welcome are public comments under the follower’s comment.
  • You do not need a TikTok ads account or a Business Center to answer comments; signing in and approving the permissions is enough.
  • The bot checks for new comments every five minutes, not instantly, and the automation page shows the next check and the recent activity.
  • The bot answers comments under your own videos only, and does not reply to old comments written before the rules were switched on.
Limits on TikTok: a check every five minutes, and public comments on your own videos only

Can the bot send the commenter a private message on TikTok?

No. On TikTok the reply is a public comment only. To move a customer into a private chat, invite them in the reply to message you on WhatsApp or Instagram.

What if I see “Access revoked — reconnect”?

Press “Reconnect” in the “Connected account” section and sign in again. Your reply rules stay saved.
