The short answer

Opting out is a customer asking to receive no more of your marketing messages, with a tap on a «stop offers» button in the template or WhatsApp's own option. WhatsApp Business policy requires you to honour it at once.

Also asked as: «يعني ايه ايقاف العروض في واتساب» · «ازاي احط زر ايقاف في الرسالة» · «العميل طلب يوقف الرسايل»

Why does Opt-out matter to a seller?

Because a customer who finds no way to stop taps «block» or «report», and those are what lower your number's rating. A visible stop button protects your number more than it costs you.

Opt-out in ArabyBot

Anyone who stopped offers through WhatsApp's own option is skipped by ArabyBot in every later campaign automatically, with the reason recorded. Details in official broadcasting.

Frequently asked questions

1

Does a stop button cut my sales?

It lets out people who were not going to buy and shields your number from those who would report it; a smaller consenting list earns more.

2

Does opting out stop order messages?

Opting out covers marketing messages; order and shipping confirmations are utility messages about an existing order.

3

How does a customer opt back in?

By messaging you and asking for offers again, or with a fresh explicit consent.
