WhatsApp Cloud API · Official from Meta

Reach thousands without a ban

App broadcasts cap at 256 people — and only those who saved your number. The official API removes both limits and gives you delivery and read reporting per message.

The first figure is a real average measured across 21,667 conversations on our platform, May–August 2026.

The problem

Why app broadcasts do not work

The Business app caps a broadcast list at 256 numbers, and worse, the message only reaches people who saved your number. A list of 5,000 might reach a few hundred. Unofficial "bulk sender" tools drive WhatsApp Web and get the number banned — and you lose the number and every conversation on it.

How it works

From upload to report in four steps

Upload your list

An Excel or CSV file, or pull contacts straight from your store. The platform cleans the numbers and drops duplicates and invalid entries before anything sends.

Pick an approved template

Meta must approve the first message. We prepare, submit and follow the approval with you — our ready templates are usually approved the same day.

Segment and schedule

Send to a specific segment — past buyers, cart abandoners, a particular city — and choose the send time in your own timezone.

Read the report

Delivered, read, replied and opted-out per message. Replies land in the unified inbox instantly so your team can close the sale.

What you get

More than just sending

Precise segmentation

Segment by tag, purchase history, order value or last interaction. A message that lands on the right segment outperforms a blast every time.

Media, buttons and files

Send a product image, an "Order now" button, a call button and a PDF — all inside one approved message.

Opt-out respected

Anyone who taps "stop promotions" is removed from marketing automatically. This is not just courtesy — ignoring it drags your number quality down and ends in a block.

Number-quality protection

We watch Meta's quality rating, warn you before it gets dangerous, and pause the campaign automatically if the number goes red.

Scheduling in your timezone

Set the day and hour in your local time and the campaign runs itself, even when you are away from the screen.

Contacts and subscribers

One list of everyone who ever messaged you: tags, fields you fill yourself, purchase history, and who opted out. Segments are built from it, and no campaign works without a clean list.

Replies in one inbox

Every reply lands in the unified inbox alongside Messenger and Instagram, routed to your team with permissions and follow-up.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask

Can my number get banned?

Bans come from abuse, not from sending. We run on the official API, honour opt-outs automatically, watch the quality rating and pause a campaign if the number enters a danger zone. What gets banned is sending to people who never asked, through unauthorised tools.

Does the customer need to save my number?

No. That is the core difference from an app broadcast. An API message arrives as long as the customer has WhatsApp, saved or not.

What does it cost?

Meta bills per conversation, not per message, and a conversation lasts 24 hours. Measured across 21,667 real conversations, a utility conversation averaged $0.0036. Add the platform plan from $40/month, with Meta's fees billed to your own account at cost.

Does the message need approval?

The first message you initiate must be a Meta-approved template. We prepare, submit and track it with you, and our ready templates are usually approved the same day. Once the customer replies, a 24-hour window opens in which you can write freely.

Can I send to an Excel list I already have?

Yes, upload it directly. But be careful: you need these customers' consent to contact them. Sending to a purchased or scraped list is the fastest route to a low quality rating and a ban.
