The short answer
A target audience is the group of people you choose to show your ad to: a country or city, age, language, interests, or lists of your customers. A buyer persona is a written description of who buys from you, from which targeting and messaging are built.

Why does Target audience matter to a seller?
Because a very broad audience spends on browsers, and a very narrow one chokes the ad and raises its cost. The sharpest source is not guesswork but your data: who bought, who asked and did not buy, who refused delivery.
Target audience in ArabyBot
In ArabyBot, AI targeting builds the audience from your activity and orders: your customers, people who messaged your page or visited your store, a lookalike of buyers, and without those who refused delivery. Local ads are for selling within a nearby area.
