Best WhatsApp API provider in Saudi Arabia 2026
The short answer
There is no single "best provider" — there are criteria, and the one that matches most of yours is best for you. In Saudi Arabia five criteria genuinely separate the options: your store platform, dialect, riyal billing, a real mobile app, and whether you can see the quality rating before your number is restricted.
This page explains each criterion and puts ArabyBot and the alternatives on the same table. We are not neutral and we say so — but the table itself is honest.
1. Does it connect to your Saudi store?
This is the criterion that separates a platform built for Saudi Arabia from a global one that was translated. A Saudi store is usually on Salla or Zid, and a platform that cannot read your catalogue and stock leaves you answering "do you have an L?" by hand a hundred times a day.
And plainly about ourselves: Salla is a direct connection here, Zid is not — yet. On Zid the bot still works from your files and knowledge base and still takes orders, but it does not read your stock automatically. The full position is here.
"If a customer asks about a product that is out of stock, what does the bot say?" A platform that answers "it says it is available" — or does not know — is not reading your stock.
2. Dialect, or translated MSA?
A Saudi customer does not write "I would like to enquire about product availability". They write "is it in now?" or "how much did it come to?". The difference between an agent built on Arabic and one translating into it shows in the first message — and shows more when the customer sends a voice note instead of typing.
3. Pay in riyals, or with an international card?
A purely practical criterion. A platform that prices in dollars and takes an international card only adds friction to every renewal. ArabyBot shows prices in riyals to a Saudi visitor automatically.
4. Is there a real mobile app?
The criterion most comparisons skip, and the one that matters most in practice. A shop owner or an estate agent does not sit at a laptop all day. Most platforms in this market — global and local — are a web dashboard only.
5. Can you see the quality rating before a ban?
Every number on the API carries a quality rating at Meta and a daily messaging limit that moves with it. A platform that does not show it leaves you discovering the problem when the number stops. The details are on our account restriction page.

Frequently asked
Is a Saudi +966 number accepted?
Yes. The Cloud API does not restrict country. The only two conditions are that the number is not active on the WhatsApp app when you register it, and that you have a verified business in Meta Business Manager.
What is the difference between an official provider and a reseller?
An official provider runs on Meta's Cloud API directly. A reseller sells you access through a third party's account — your templates, your quality rating and your numbers all sit under their business, and moving away later is harder. Always ask: whose business account is the number registered under?
What does a conversation cost in Saudi Arabia?
Meta bills per conversation, not per message, and the rate varies by country and by category (Utility / Authentication / Marketing). Service conversations — the ones the customer starts — have been free with no cap since November 2024. Any platform quoting you one "per message" number is either simplifying or hiding something.
Can I connect it to Salla or Zid?
Salla yes — a direct connection, along with Shopify, WooCommerce and Easy Orders. Products, prices, stock and orders become part of the conversation. Zid does not have a direct connection yet; on a Zid store the bot works from your own files and still takes orders, but it does not read stock by itself.
What is the single most important thing to check first?
That you can test it on your own channel before paying. Any platform that asks for a contract or a sales call before you see it working on your customers is selling you a description, not a product.
