A bot that answers from your own files
The model understands the question; it does not know your shop. Knowledge comes from a base you build — your prices, policies, pages and files — which the bot searches on every question and answers from. What it cannot find, it says so.
- PDF, Word and Excel
- Crawls your whole site
- It says when it does not know
The size of the knowledge base does not raise the cost of a reply; the length of the conversation does.
Why bots invent
A bot with no knowledge base answers from its general training, so it says what sounds plausible: an approximate price, a common returns policy, a likely opening time. All right in shape and wrong in fact — and the customer believes it and brings it back to you. The fix is not a warning in the instructions; it is having nothing to answer from but your files.
How it is built
Upload what you have
PDF, Word and Excel files, or paste text directly. Scanned price lists and invoices are read too.
Add your site
Give your site's address and it is crawled in full, its pages entering the knowledge and updating when you update it.
Review what it took in
Files are split into sections under their own headings, so you see what the bot will actually read and fix anything muddled.
Read what it could not answer
Every question it could not answer is logged. That list is the fastest way to see what your knowledge lacks — not what the model lacks.
What makes it work in Arabic
Arabic PDFs read correctly
Many tools read Arabic in PDFs mirrored, producing scrambled letters. Your files are read by the same model that answers, so the text arrives intact.
Tables stay tables
A price list or timetable is split so each row keeps its column heading, and no price is attached to the wrong product.
Every answer names its source
You see which file and which section an answer came from, so you know where to fix it when it is wrong.
The questions it could not answer
A list you review and close: write the answer once and it becomes part of the knowledge for everyone who asks after.
With a knowledge base, and without
| A bot with no knowledge base | ArabyBot | |
|---|---|---|
| A question about your price | Says a plausible price that is not yours | Your price, from your file |
| Your returns policy | A policy common in the market | Your written policy |
| When it does not know | It invents | It says so and hands over |
| Where the answer came from | Unknown | The file and section are named |
Questions people actually ask
Does the size of my files raise the cost?
No. The bot does not read the whole base on every question; it retrieves only the sections relevant to it. What raises cost is the length of the conversation, not the size of your knowledge.
What if two files contradict each other?
The contradiction shows up in the answer, which is useful: it reveals you have two written policies. The fix is deleting the old one, not layering instructions over it.
Will the bot talk about things not in the files?
It should not, and that is the point. When it cannot find an answer it says so and hands over to a person, and the question is logged for you.
