In «Comment replies» pick the «Ad posts» source to see your ads' posts, choose the ones you want and press «Set a reply on them». Write a public reply in several variants and a private message or a ready bot message, or let the AI read each comment and write a fitting reply, then «Save and run».
The steps in the ArabyBot dashboard
- Open comment replies
From the menu open «Comment Manager» to reach the «Comment replies» page, and pick the Facebook or Instagram tab.
- Pick the ad posts
Switch the source to «Ad posts», pick a post or «Pick several posts», or «Post not shown? Paste its link», then «Set a reply on them».
- Write the reply
A public reply in several variants, a private message or «Pick the bot message», a like, and «Once per person»; or let the AI reply.
- Save and follow
Press «Save and run», and follow in «What happened» every comment answered and what was not delivered and why.
What you should know
- «A short delay before replying» makes the reply come after a few seconds, so it looks natural and Facebook is less likely to pause replies.
- The private message opens a conversation in the inbox that the AI agent or your team continues.
- «Abuse protection» keeps your replies away from abusive comments.
