WhatsApp bot for contracting and finishing companies — site-visit requests, quotes and project updates

The problem, and the answer
"How much per metre?" is every customer's first question, and the honest answer is "after a site visit" — but whoever says so a day later finds the customer already visited with someone else. And a customer in a running project calls the engineer ten times to learn what happened today.
The site-visit request is collected in full (type of work, area, location, preferred time) and assigned to the engineer, "price per metre" questions get your written range rather than a final figure, and a customer in a running project asks about progress and is answered from what the supervisor writes — and the bot prices nothing and signs nothing.
Also asked as: «بوت واتساب لشركة مقاولات» · «طلب معاينة عبر واتساب» · «أبي بوت لشركة التشطيب» · «بوت يرد على عملاء المقاولات»
How it actually works
- Answers prices as a range
Types of work, what each includes, the per-metre range and the materials that move it — from your file, with photos of past work if you uploaded them.
- Collects the site-visit request
Type of work, area, city and district, preferred time and phone, reads the summary back and confirms the engineer will be in touch.
- Assigns to the engineer
The request reaches the responsible engineer on the app, assigned to them; they set the visit time and confirm it to the customer from the same thread.
- Serves the customer during the work
The supervisor writes the day's update once into the project file, the bot answers everyone who asks, and hands a complaint or change request to the engineer at once.
You upload your prices, your hours and your terms, and the agent answers from them. If an answer is not in your files it says so and hands over to a person — it does not invent one. That is not an optional setting, it is how it works.
And what the bot will not do here
The bot prices no job and promises no completion time: it quotes the price range as you wrote it ("full finishing from X to Y per metre depending on materials") and collects the site-visit request; the final price and the contract come from the engineer after the visit.
And the number worth measuring
The number that matters is the complete site-visit request: type of work, area, location, time and phone, in the first minutes rather than the next day. The second: how often a current customer asked "what got done today?" — it should fall once the supervisor writes the update once and the bot answers it a hundred times.
Not only WhatsApp
The same agent answers on Instagram, Messenger, Facebook comments and TikTok, in the same inbox. The customer who commented on a post and the one who sent a message are the same person — and you see them that way.
Frequently asked
We run many projects — how does the bot know which one a customer asks about?
By phone number: a customer linked to a project in your file is answered about their project. If not linked, the bot asks for the project name or contract number first.
Does the bot send the quote after the site visit?
The engineer sends it from the unified inbox as a file, and the bot then answers questions about what the quote itself says (items, duration, payment terms) if it is added to the project file.
