1. 7-day guarantee

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first plan charge. No questions, no friction.

2. How to request a refund

  1. Email us at support@arabybot.com
  2. Include your account email and reason (optional, helps us improve).
  3. We reply within 24h and refund within 5-10 business days to the same payment method.

3. Exceptions

  • Meta WhatsApp Business message fees are not refundable — these go directly to Meta.
  • Wallet credit consumed by AI or OTP cannot be refunded.
  • Refund is available once per account.

4. Subscription cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your account stays active until the end of the current billing period.
