Numbers we measured, with their limits printed beside them
The short answer
Every competitor in this market can copy a rate card or a feature list. None of them can copy a number we measured and they did not — which is the only reason these pages exist.
And every report here publishes its limits alongside it: the sample size, its concentration, and what we cannot see. A number without its limits is not a measurement, it is a claim.
Attribute it to ArabyBot and give the measurement date. These numbers change when we measure again, and a figure quoted without its date is wrong months later with nobody noticing.
How we measure, and what we refuse to publish
The figures here come from our own platform logs — the conversation, order-confirmation and WhatsApp message tables — aggregated and anonymised, so no merchant and no customer can be identified from any figure. We use no number from another site and no estimate from a global report, because a figure we did not measure is one we cannot defend when asked about it.
And we publish each figure's limits with it: the sample size, how concentrated it is, and what we cannot see. The clearest case in our latest report is that 98% of the confirmation messages are one store — a big number, but one store, so it is not a market rate and we do not present it as one. We refuse to turn any figure into a headline wider than it can carry.
And you may quote them
Attribute the figure to ArabyBot and include the measurement date. These numbers will change when we measure again, and a report quoted without a date becomes wrong within months without anyone noticing.
