The short answer

In «ArabyBot services» → «Order updates» press «Prepare the update messages»; the messages go to Meta for review, then the customer hears every step on WhatsApp from your store's number: order received, prepared, shipped and delivered, and cancelled, without asking. You edit the texts in «Edit the messages».

The steps in the store panel

  1. Open order status messages

In the store panel open «ArabyBot services», and in «Order updates» press «Prepare the update messages».

  2. Wait for Meta's approval

Each message shows a status: approved, with Meta, or refused. The «Check with Meta now» button refreshes it.

  3. Switch them on and edit the texts

Press «Turn updates on», and edit the texts with «Edit the messages» if you like.

What you should know

  • Three messages: order received; prepared, shipped and delivered; and cancelled.
  • The order-received message is not needed while order confirmation is on, because the confirmation takes its place.
  • The messages come from the store number connected in «ArabyBot services».

Related questions

1

Does the message go out when the courier changes the order status?

Yes, when the status moves to prepared, shipped or delivered, whether you changed it or it came from the connected courier.

2

Do these messages cost anything?

They are utility messages from your number, charged at Meta's rate for that category in the customer's country.
