How do I add a “two for a price” offer on a product in ArabyBot Store?

The short answer
Quantity offers live inside the product page, under “More” → “Offers and subscription” → “Quantity offers (2 for … / 3 for …)”. Enter the quantity and its total price, and add more than one level to the same product. Offers show as choices on the product page and are priced automatically in the cart and in orders the bot takes.
The steps in the store panel
- Open the product
In “Products” open the product, or press “Add product” for a new one.
- Open the offers tab
In the “More” section pick the “Offers and subscription” tab.
- Add the offer
Under “Quantity offers (2 for … / 3 for …)” press “Add offer”, enter the quantity (2 or more) and the “Total price” for the whole quantity, not the price per piece.
- Add more levels and save
Repeat “Add offer” for three pieces or more, then press “Save”.
- Check it in the shop
Open the product page in the shop: the offers show as choices for the quantity, and the price is applied in the cart.
What you should know
- An offer counts the quantity of one cart line, that is pieces of the same size and colour; one red piece and one blue piece are two separate lines and do not combine into one offer.
- With several offers the largest applies first, then the next, and the rest are at the piece price; with offers for two and for three, five pieces count as the three-piece offer plus the two-piece offer.
- The bot reads quantity offers straight from the store, and an order it takes in chat is priced with them through the same checkout.
- Offers across several products, “Buy X get Y” and a flash sale with a countdown are made under “Marketing” → “Auto discounts”.
