The short answer

In «Products» open «Size charts» and press «New chart»: start from a ready template for T-shirts, trousers, dresses and abayas, shoes or kids and adjust the numbers, or from a blank table. Then attach it to a whole category with «Use it for every product in these categories» or to a product from its page. The customer sees a «Size guide» button on the product page, and size returns drop.

The steps in the store panel

  1. Open size charts

    In «Products» press the «Size charts» button, then «New chart».

  2. Start from a template or from scratch

Pick a ready template with numbers in centimetres, or an «Empty table» with your own columns, give it a name only you see, and add a note under it such as: if you are between two sizes, pick the larger.

  3. Attach it to products

Pick categories under «Use it for every product in these categories», or choose the chart on a single product's page; a product with its own chart keeps it.

What you should know

  • Ready templates: T-shirts and shirts, trousers, dresses and abayas, shoes, and kids.
  • A product uses its own chart, else its category's, else the nearest parent category's.
  • A chart holds up to eight columns and thirty rows.

Why add a size chart?

Because size is among the top reasons for returns in clothes and shoes, and each cash-on-delivery return costs you shipping twice.

2

Does the bot answer size questions?

It answers from your product information and files, so put what helps in the product description or knowledge base.
