The short answer

A clothing store loses most on size: a shopper who does not know theirs asks and hesitates, or orders and then refuses delivery. So the store needs a size chart on every product, a variant per size and colour with its own stock and photo, and a WhatsApp confirmation before the order goes out. ArabyBot Store covers all of it, and the AI seller answers the size question from the same chart.

What a clothing store needs, and how ArabyBot Store covers it

A size chart on every product

Fill it once from a ready template or from scratch («size | chest | length») and attach it to a product or a whole category; a product without its own chart shows its category's.

Size and colour, each variant with stock and a photo

Two options per product, each variant with its own price, stock and photo; the shopper picks blue and the photo changes, and size L can sell out on its own.

Details ‹
Two-for offers

Two-for and three-for offers on the product page itself — the best fit for clothing, because they raise the order value without cutting the price of a piece.

Details ‹
WhatsApp confirmation before shipping

Every cash-on-delivery order is asked on WhatsApp: confirm, cancel or change the size — so you do not ship an order that will be refused at the door.

Details ‹
Exchange and return requests from the shopper's account

You set the return window, the shopper asks from their account on a delivered order, and you accept or decline; stock can go back if you choose.

«Tell me when it is back» for a sold-out size

The shopper leaves their number on a sold-out size and gets one WhatsApp message when it is back in stock.

Selling clothing on WhatsApp: the AI seller answers from your products

The question a clothing store gets most is size, and what loses the sale most is a slow answer. The AI seller replies from the size chart and the stock directly:

Your store

Hello, I am 175 cm and 80 kg — which size fits me in the linen shirt?

Hello. By the size chart, L fits you (chest 112 cm). It is in stock in blue and white at EGP 450, and two pieces are EGP 850.

I will take two: blue and white.

Done: two size-L shirts, blue and white, EGP 850 plus EGP 50 shipping. Send your name and address to finish the order.

An illustration. The AI seller reads prices, sizes and stock from your store at the moment of the question and records the order inside the chat. How the AI seller works.

Payment and shipping for a clothing store

Clothes are light, so a rate per governorate or region is enough, with free shipping over an amount that lifts the average order. Most important in Egypt: cash on delivery dominates, so give it a small fee and a ceiling, withhold it from past refusers, and give a discount to those who pay online.

In Egypt

Cash on delivery with a fee and a ceiling you set, Kashier and Paymob for cards and wallets, bank instalments through Kashier, and transfer, InstaPay or Vodafone Cash with a receipt. Shipping with an automatic waybill and tracking through Bosta, Aramex, J&T, Mylerz, ShipBlu and others.

In Saudi Arabia and the Gulf

Cash on delivery, Moyasar and Tap for mada, cards and Apple Pay, Tabby and Tamara for instalments, and bank transfer with a receipt. Shipping with an automatic waybill and tracking through SMSA, Aymakan, RedBox, J&T, Naqel and OTO, and Aramex across the Gulf.

Every gateway and courier runs on your own contract and account, and the money reaches you directly. Details in payment gateways and couriers.

Mistakes that cost a clothing store

  1. One photo for every colour

The shopper picks a colour by its name, receives something else than imagined, and refuses it. A photo per colour prevents most of these returns.

  2. One stock count for the whole product

Size M sells out while the product still reads «in stock», and orders arrive for what you do not have. Stock per variant closes the sold-out size alone.

  3. Shipping every COD order unconfirmed

An unconfirmed order pays shipping both ways. One confirmation message before shipping costs less than one return.

Frequently asked questions

1

How much does a clothing store on ArabyBot Store cost?

You will find the store plans and how to get one on the ArabyBot Store page. The first template is free, and so is the arabybot.store link.

2

Can I upload many products at once?

Yes; import from Shopify or a CSV file, or write a product from its photo — the AI writes the name, description and category, and you review before saving.

3

Does the bot answer size questions on Instagram too?

Yes, the same AI seller answers on WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram from the store's products and size charts, and records the order inside the chat.

4

Can I sell kids' clothes with sizes by age?

Yes, size is an option you name as you like («2 years», «3–4 years»), and the size chart carries height and age together.
