The short answer

Put a code of its own on every table: the guest scans it and a WhatsApp chat with your restaurant opens with "I would like the menu — table 7" already written, so whoever answers knows which table they are serving. Type the number and how many tables, and print the whole sheet.

{table} becomes each table's number.
Up to 60 tables per sheet.
0 cards ready to print
Type the restaurant's number and the cards appear here

Each code is a wa.me link drawn as a QR; it never expires and passes through no intermediary. We keep neither your number nor your restaurant's name.

How it works in the restaurant

  1. The guest scans their table's code

With the phone camera, no app. A WhatsApp chat with your restaurant opens with the table number in the message.

  2. The request arrives with the table number

Whoever answers knows the table from the first message, so nobody asks where the guest is sitting and orders do not get mixed up.

  3. The menu goes out and the order is taken

By hand from the cashier, or at once from the AI agent if the number is connected to ArabyBot: it sends the menu with prices, asks about extras and confirms the order.

After the code comes the menu and the orders themselves: read the restaurant menu and ordering on WhatsApp guide and the WhatsApp bot for restaurants page. For a single code somewhere else, such as the window or the invoice, use the WhatsApp QR generator.

Frequently asked questions

1

How is this different from a PDF menu QR code?

A PDF code opens a file the guest reads before waving for the waiter. This one opens a chat with the restaurant with the table number in it, so the guest asks and orders from the seat, and the order reaches you written down with its table.

2

Who answers the guest after the scan?

Whoever holds the restaurant's WhatsApp number answers: the cashier or a staff member. If the number is connected to ArabyBot, the AI agent replies at once with the menu and its prices and takes the order with the table number.

3

Does the code expire?

No. It is a wa.me link drawn as a QR code; it works as long as the number is on WhatsApp and passes through no intermediary.

4

What size should I print it on the table?

Three to four centimetres a side is enough to scan from a seat. The sheet here is divided into cards of about that size; print it on card stock or put it in a table stand.
