The short answer

Does it read live inventory, or guess?
It reads the live figure when your store is connected. A platform that cannot read your stock can sell something you no longer have, which is worse than not answering at all. And a made-to-order product is treated as available rather than as zero.
Does it confirm a cash-on-delivery order?
Yes, and in the Egyptian market it is the single most valuable thing here: one message before dispatch carrying the order, the address, the amount and one question. Anyone who does not answer or who cancels is not shipped — so you do not pay delivery both ways on an order that was never real.
Can it track the order?
Yes — it reads the order status from your store and gives it back to the customer, and sends an update when the status changes. The customer asks "where is my order" without anyone opening a dashboard.
Can it recover abandoned carts?
Yes — three follow-ups on timing you set, stopping the moment they buy. It works on Shopify and WooCommerce (and on Salla and Zid once the connection opens); not on Easy Orders, and that is not a gap on our side — Easy Orders is built on landing pages, so there is no cart to abandon.
Does it connect to Salla?
Not yet. The integration is written and shipped on our side and opens by agreement between us and Salla — there is no ArabyBot app on the Salla app store today. Until then the bot works on a Salla store from your own files and store link and still takes and confirms orders, without reading stock automatically — the full position is here.

And Shopify?
Yes, through the ArabyBot app on your store. The catalogue, stock and orders are read directly.
And WooCommerce?
Yes, with an API key from the WooCommerce dashboard itself — no extra plugins on your site, and it works with any theme.
Can it send product cards with an image and price?
Yes — the product appears inside the conversation with its image, price and a button, on WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram.
And can it send a checkout link?
Yes — your store's checkout link is sent inside the conversation, and the customer finishes without leaving WhatsApp.
