An AI agent that reads your store's products and sells them on WhatsApp — no catalogue upload, no training
The short answer
Yes — if it is connected to your store rather than to a copy of it. The agent asks your store at the moment of the question: name, price, sizes, colours, photos, stock — shows the product as a card with a picture and a buy button, and completes the order inside the chat. No file uploads, no manual updates: change a price in the store and it changes in the conversation. On Salla, Shopify, WooCommerce and Easy Orders — and Zid soon. A real example from our platform: a product with four photos and four colour/size options — the agent read all of them straight from the store.
The difference between "trained on your products" and "connected to your store"
That difference is the reason behind most "the bot sold something we do not have". The fix is not better training but removing the copy altogether.
What the agent reads from the store — exactly
| Reads | So it can | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Name and description | find the product from the customer's half-description | "the shoe from the ad" → the right product |
| Price and discount | quote the current price, not the old one | you changed the price now → it says it now |
| Options: colour / size | ask what is missing and offer only what exists | "size 42 black, 3 left" |
| All the photos | send the photo of the requested option | the black-colour photo, not the first |
| Stock | not sell what ran out | "sold out, but blue is in stock" |
| Order status | answer "where is my order?" from the store | "shipped yesterday, tracking number…" |
From connection to the first sale
- Connect the store
One approval from the Salla, Shopify or WooCommerce admin, or install the Easy Orders app. Minutes, no code.
- Create the agent and answer its questions
How products are ordered, how they ship, when to hand to a person. It builds its operating rules from your answers. Add shipping and return policy as a file or text.
- Bind it to your channels
WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger — the same agent, the same store.
- Watch what it did not know
Every question it could not answer becomes an item on a list you close with one line it learns for next time.
Frequently asked
Do I upload a product catalogue or an Excel file?
No. You connect your store once and the agent asks it at the moment of the question: searches by name, opens the product page, reads price, options, photos and stock. Change a price in your store and it changes in the conversation that instant — there is no copy to go stale.
Does it see every colour, size and photo?
Yes. A real example from our platform: an Easy Orders product with four photos and four colour/size options — the agent read all of them from the store. When the customer asks for "the black one" it sends the photo of the black one, not the first photo.
Which platforms are supported?
Salla, Shopify, WooCommerce, Easy Orders — with one approval from the store admin. Any other store via API. Zid is ready in code and waiting on Zid's approval of our app. Connection steps.
Does it complete the order inside the chat?
Yes: it collects product, option, quantity and address, creates the order in your store, and sends the confirmation message with a button. If payment is online it sends your store's payment link.
What does it know besides products?
Shipping and return policy, delivery times and your business FAQs — from a knowledge base you write, a PDF, or your website pages. Products come from the store live, the rest from your knowledge. How the agent works.
Does it also work on Instagram and Messenger?
Yes. The same agent and the same store on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, and each channel shows the product the way it allows: a card with photo and button on WhatsApp, a photo and link on Instagram.
