The short answer

Salla and Zid are strong Saudi store platforms, each with an app store and wide integrations, with paid plans from SAR 99 a month and a free Starter plan on Zid. An alternative suits you better when your selling comes from chat rather than visits: a store where an AI seller answers on WhatsApp and Instagram and records the order, confirms cash on delivery on WhatsApp before shipping, and works in Egypt and the Gulf together, with no commission on orders. That is what ArabyBot Store offers; whoever needs a huge app store or specific Saudi integrations is better served by Salla or Zid.

How to decide

  1. Where does your selling happen?

If most of your orders come from WhatsApp and Instagram messages, a store that sells inside the chat saves you an extra tool. If they come from store visits and search, compare on apps and themes.

  2. Work out a full month's cost

The plan, the apps you will buy, gateway fees and shipping — not the plan price alone. Criteria for choosing a store platform.

  3. Try before you move

Open your store during the trial period, bring over ten products by link, and order from it yourself on WhatsApp to see the whole experience.

Frequently asked questions

2

Do Salla or Zid take a commission on orders?

Read the plan terms on each platform's page before subscribing, and add the payment gateway's fees under your contract. ArabyBot Store takes no commission on your orders.

3

Can I move my products from Salla or Zid?
