Arabic live chat for your website: an in-page window or a WhatsApp button — and how both reach one inbox

Arabic live chat for a website answered by an AI agent and then your team, with guarded uploads, name and email when you choose, an emailed transcript and a rating at close — and a one-line WhatsApp button for the site. The difference between the two, who each is for, and what we do not sell.

The short answer

Two ways that reach the same inbox: a chat window inside the page where the AI agent answers from your knowledge and then your team, with no app and no number — with guarded uploads, an emailed transcript and a rating at close; and a one-line WhatsApp button that opens the visitor's WhatsApp with a ready message. The first for the undecided, the second for whoever wants to continue on WhatsApp.

Website chat: exactly what is in it

  1. An AI agent answering from your knowledge, and your team continuing

The same agent that answers on WhatsApp and Instagram answers here from your files, site and products. What needs a human is handed over; the team sees the visitor typing, and the visitor sees your colleague typing.

  2. Name and email when you want, not at the start

Asking a visitor for name and email before they type a letter drives half of them away. The chat asks at the moment you set — after the first reply, or before a human handover — and keeps them on the visitor card with their country and pages.

  3. A transcript to their email, and a rating at close

The visitor can request a transcript to their email, and rates 1 to 5 at close. Your team sees the rating inside the thread itself.

  4. Guarded uploads, and blocking the nuisance

Uploads are optional per site, and every file is checked for type, size and content before acceptance. A nuisance visitor is blocked with one click from the inbox, and their window never opens again.

The visitor card in the inbox: name and email when you ask, plus country and pages visited

A WhatsApp button on the site: one line

From the WhatsApp widget you pick colour, position (right or left), size and the opening message pre-filled for the visitor, and copy the embed line into your site — Shopify, WordPress or any page. The visitor taps, WhatsApp opens with their message ready, and it lands in the same inbox for the agent to answer. For a link in a post or an Instagram bio, the free link generator writes it with a pre-filled message.

What we do not sell hereNo voice or video calls inside website chat, no visitor screen recording, and no rating survey on WhatsApp. The chat is text, images and files, and the rating is for website chat only.

Frequently asked questions

1

What is the difference between website chat and a WhatsApp button on the site?

A WhatsApp button opens the visitor's WhatsApp app and leaves your site; the conversation moves to their number. Website chat is a window inside the page where the visitor types with no app and no number, answered by the bot or your team. Both land in the same inbox, and many stores use both: chat for the undecided, the button for those who want to continue on WhatsApp.

2

Does the bot answer in the chat as it does on WhatsApp?

The same agent with the same knowledge: your files, site and products. What differs is that a site visitor is anonymous until they give a name or email — so the chat asks for them at the moment you choose, not in the first second.

3

Can the visitor send images or files?

Yes, if you enable uploads, and every file is checked before acceptance — type, size and content — because a window open to every visitor is a door that must be guarded. You can disable uploads per site.

4

What happens outside working hours?

The bot answers at any hour from your knowledge. What needs a human waits in the inbox with the visitor's email if they gave one, and your team's reply reaches their email in the morning with a copy of the conversation.

5

Can the visitor rate the service?

On closing the conversation they pick 1 to 5 and may add a note; the score shows inside the thread for your team on web and in the app. This exists for website chat only; on WhatsApp we do not send a rating survey.

6

How do I put a WhatsApp button on the site?

From the WhatsApp widget you pick colour, position, size and the opening message, and copy one line into your site. For a link in a post or an Instagram bio, use the free link generator.
