How do I connect a Facebook page and an Instagram account to ArabyBot?

In the ArabyBot dashboard open “Connect accounts”, press “Log in with Facebook” and select all your pages in Facebook’s window, then switch on the bot connection for each page you want. The Instagram account appears on the page’s card automatically when it is a professional account linked to that page on Meta, and the bot then works on its messages and comments along with the page.
The steps in the ArabyBot dashboard
- Open Connect accounts
In the sidebar of the app.arabybot.com dashboard open “Connect accounts” under “Integrations”. Adding a Facebook login is for the account owner only.
- Log in with Facebook
In the “Connect Facebook & Instagram” section press “Log in with Facebook”. In Facebook’s window select all your pages, do not skip the page-selection step, then approve the permissions.
- Switch on the bot connection
The pages come back as cards marked “Not connected”. Press the plug button “Enable bot connection” on a page, or select several and press “Enable selected”; the status becomes “Bot active”.
- Check Instagram
If an Instagram account is linked to the page, its @name shows on the card with a “Sync Instagram account” button. If it does not, link the professional account to the page on Meta, then press “Log in with Facebook” again.
- Put the agent on it
In the “AI Hub” press “Launch” on the agent’s card, then pick the page in the Facebook tab or the account in the Instagram tab.
What you should know
- Instagram connects through a Facebook page: you need a professional Instagram account linked to a page; an Instagram account cannot be connected on its own.
- A page works in one ArabyBot account at a time; if another account already has it enabled you see “This page is already enabled by another user”.
- Your plan sets how many pages can have the bot enabled; at the limit you see “Module limit is over”.
- Enabling the bot connection subscribes the page to Meta’s message and comment notifications and adds the Get Started button in Messenger.
- If Meta rejects a page’s permission, the card shows “Permission rejected — the page is not receiving”; the fix is to log in with Facebook again with an account that manages the page.

Usually the pages were not selected in Facebook’s window. Log in with Facebook again, select all pages and grant every requested permission, including page access.
Do I log in separately for each page?
No. One login imports every page you selected; you then enable the bot on the ones you want, one by one or with “Enable selected”.
