Is your store custom-built or on a platform not listed? You get an API key and a webhook URL for your developer to install, so every order arrives to be confirmed on WhatsApp, abandoned carts arrive to be followed up, and a signed notice comes back for every confirmation and cancellation.

How the connection is made on Your own store

In «Store connections» you pick «Any other store», type the store name and URL, then «Create the connection & show the code»: an API key, an order webhook URL and a cart-events one. Your site sends the order to them the moment it is created, and you set a URL on your site that receives a signed notice when the customer confirms or cancels. The limits of this platform specifically

The connection needs a developer to add two calls to your site; we cannot read a custom store's products without an interface, so the AI agent answers from the knowledge base rather than a catalogue. If you want a store the agent sells from directly, ArabyBot Store does it with no connection at all.

And why that matters in your market
