How do I create a store on ArabyBot Store?

You type the store's name, link and WhatsApp number and pick what you sell from eight trades; the store is prepared with a template, categories and sample content for that trade, which you replace with your products or delete in one click. It opens to shoppers once it has at least one product, one shipping zone and one payment method.

Do I need a developer, hosting or an SSL certificate?

No. Hosting, the certificate and updates are ours; the free link on arabybot.store works from day one, and you can connect your own domain whenever you like.

Do you take a commission on my sales?

We take no percentage of your orders. Money goes from the shopper straight to your account at the gateway you choose, you pay the gateway's fees under your own contract — and we never stand between buyer and seller.

Can I use the store without WhatsApp?

Yes. Orders reach the panel and you confirm them with a button; alerts reach your e-mail. WhatsApp and the bot sit on top: order confirmation and status messages to the shopper, answering questions, and taking the order inside the chat.

Which payment gateways do you support in Saudi Arabia?

Moyasar (mada, cards, Apple Pay, STC Pay), Tap (mada, cards, Apple Pay, KNET, Benefit), and Tabby and Tamara for instalments — alongside cash on delivery and bank transfer with a receipt. Each gateway runs on your own contract and account.

Will my store appear on Google?

Can I move my products from another platform?

Which currency do I sell in?

You charge in your store's currency: Egyptian pounds, Saudi riyals, UAE dirhams, Qatari riyals, Moroccan dirhams or US dollars. Shoppers can view prices in their own currency, from seventeen, at daily rates.
