Confirm the order before you ship it
Cash on delivery means every unconfirmed order is a shipment that can come back with you paying for it. One WhatsApp message before dispatch separates the serious from the rest — without anyone on your team picking up a phone. The returns calculator tells you what that costs you a month, from your own numbers.

Returns are not a shipping problem — they are a confirmation problem
In Egypt and the Gulf most orders are cash on delivery. An unconfirmed order might be a misclick, a change of mind, or a mistyped number. You ship it, it comes back, and you pay freight twice. The traditional fix is to call — but calls take time, most people do not answer an unknown number, and it becomes a full-time job as orders grow.
From order to delivery, automatically
The order lands
The order arrives from WooCommerce, Salla, Shopify or your own system, and the platform sees it instantly.
A confirmation after your delay
You choose how many minutes to wait before sending — important so a customer placing two orders in a row is not spammed. Then the message goes out with confirm and cancel buttons.
The reply moves the order
Tapping confirm marks the order confirmed in your store directly. Tapping cancel stops it before dispatch. No copying and pasting.
Dispatch and tracking
The moment you ship, the tracking number goes out by itself and updates as the status changes.
The details that matter
A delay before sending
Hold the confirmation for a set number of minutes. It stops you interrupting a customer still editing their order, and cuts hasty cancellations.
Buttons, not typing
The customer taps instead of typing. Response rates rise noticeably, and the answer is machine-readable with no interpretation needed.
Shipping updates
Out for delivery, in transit, delivered — each status sends its own message, which cuts "where is my order" enquiries.
Ready integrations
WooCommerce, Shopify and Easy Orders connect directly, and any other system through a single webhook. No developer in most cases.
The customer can reply
This is not one-way. The customer can ask about a size or change an address, and the reply lands in your team's unified inbox.
The numbers
How many confirmed, how many cancelled before shipping, how many never answered — so you can see what you actually saved.
Versus calling the customer
| A phone call | ArabyBot | |
|---|---|---|
| Time per order | Minutes × number of attempts | Zero — it runs itself |
| Answer rate | Most ignore an unknown number | The message waits until they open it |
| Written record | None | A full saved conversation |
| As orders grow | Needs more staff | Same cost per order |
| Updating the store | Manual, and gets forgotten | Automatic on the customer's tap |
Questions people actually ask
Does the customer need my number saved?
No. The message arrives through the official API as long as they have WhatsApp.
What if they never answer?
You set the policy: a second reminder after a delay, leave it pending, or cancel automatically. The platform follows your choice and records it in the report.
Will it work with my store?
WooCommerce, Shopify and Easy Orders connect directly. Anything else through one webhook. If you have an in-house system, we help you wire it.
What does it cost per order?
A confirmation is one utility template message — measured at $0.0036 in Egypt. If the customer replies, a 24-hour window opens in which you continue with no further template, and your free-form replies inside it are free (from 1 October 2026, up to 1,000 a month per number).
