How do my store's orders get written to a Google Sheet automatically for the confirmation and shipping team?
The short answer
In the store settings open «Google Sheets — orders sheet», pick the sheet from those connected to your account and type the tab name, then turn «Sync on». Every order is written as a row within minutes and updates by itself when its status changes, and columns you add by hand are left untouched. The «Add the last 30 days of orders» button writes earlier orders.
The steps in the store panel
- Connect Google
If you have no sheet connected, press «Connect Google Sheets», connect your Google account from the bot's Google Sheets page, pick the sheet and come back.
- Pick the sheet and tab
Pick «the sheet» and type the «Tab name»; if it does not exist it is created with the order columns, and if it does, orders are written under its columns.
- Turn sync on
Press «Sync on», «Add the last 30 days of orders» if you want earlier orders, and «Sync now» to speed up the write.
What you should know
- The order number is how the system finds the order's row to update it, so do not change it in the sheet.
- If Google is disconnected or the sheet is deleted, writing pauses and the reason shows on the page until you fix it, then it catches up.
- Writing to the sheet never slows checkout; it happens in the background within minutes.

Can I add columns for my team?
Yes; columns you add by hand are not touched, and only the order columns are written.
Does the sheet replace WhatsApp order confirmation?
No; the sheet is for the team to follow, while WhatsApp confirmation checks with the customer and writes the result to the order, which then shows in the sheet.
