Terms and conditions for your online store: a ready template on what the law asks
The short answer
Enter your store's details and pick the payment methods, delivery time and the clauses you want, and your store's terms and conditions are written at once: who you are, how an order is accepted, prices and tax, payment, shipping, cancellation and returns, offers, and the governing law, on what Saudi Arabia's E-Commerce Law (Articles 6 and 7) and Egypt's Consumer Protection Law ask. Copy them into your store. Free, with no sign-up.
Also asked as: «شروط واحكام متجر الكتروني» · «الشروط والأحكام لمتجر إلكتروني» · «نموذج الشروط والأحكام» · «شروط وأحكام البيع والشراء» · «الشروط والأحكام للمتاجر الإلكترونية»
The terms are written in your browser and nothing is sent to us. They are a template on what the law asks, not legal advice.

The shipping, returns, privacy and «About the store» pages come with a template in your store's name, linked at the bottom of every page, and you can ask shoppers to agree to the return and shipping policies before ordering. Each product has its own «Terms» box for what applies to it, such as inspecting it in front of the courier.

Frequently asked questions
What must my online store show in Saudi Arabia?
Under Article 6 of the E-Commerce Law: the store's name or identifier, its address unless it is authenticated with an e-store authentication body, its contact means, and its commercial register name and number if it is registered. Article 7 asks that the consumer knows, before ordering, the steps to order, the store's details and the product's essential characteristics. Store authentication in Saudi Arabia.
How do terms and conditions differ from a return policy?
Terms and conditions are the whole sale agreement: who you are, how an order is accepted, prices, payment, shipping, cancellation and the governing law. The return policy is one part of it, written in full on its own page, as is the privacy policy. The tool summarises returns and points to their page.
Can I cancel an order placed at a wrong price?
Write it plainly before it happens: if a clearly wrong price appears, we contact the customer before shipping, and they either continue at the correct price or cancel with a full refund of what they paid. The tool adds this clause when you pick it.
Is this template legal advice?
No. It is a template on what the cited articles ask, as we read them in October 2026, and your trade may have further rules, such as medicines, cosmetics and food. Check what applies to it before you publish.
