What not to do at Eid
A greeting with a discount: read as an ad and reported. A greeting to everyone who ever messaged you without consent: reports in one day lower the number's rating before the next selling season. A heavy image with every greeting: a short text template is approved faster and opened more.

Is a greeting message billed?
Yes, if you start it: at Meta it is a marketing template at the recipient's country rate on your account, even with no offer in it. So it goes only to people who opted in, and gets approved a week before Eid because the approval queue fills in the last days.
Do I put the offer in the greeting?
No. A greeting carrying a discount reads as an ad and gets reported more; a pure greeting reads as a greeting and keeps your number saved. The offer comes two days later to those who engaged — separating them is the difference in reports, and reports lower your number's rating.
When do I send the Eid greeting?
The morning of the first day after the prayer, between eight and ten. The night before, thousands of greetings arrive and yours is lost; in the afternoon people are out visiting. Same for Eid al-Adha, remembering many are travelling.
My store closes for Eid — what does the bot reply?
