The short answer

Most of the daily work: answering customer questions 24 hours a day in their dialect from your files and store, completing the order inside the chat, confirming cash-on-delivery orders, order-status messages, abandoned-cart recovery, campaigns on approved templates, verification codes, and replies to Facebook and Instagram comments — with no code: connect your number, give the agent your files and instructions in your own words, and test it before opening it to customers. Anything involving money or an exception stays with your team.

No code: from zero to the first automated reply

  1. Connect your number

Through Meta's own steps inside the dashboard, so your number runs on the official WhatsApp API under your business name. If you want to keep the WhatsApp Business app on your phone, choose that while connecting and the two work together.

  2. Give the agent what your employee knows

A price or product file, your site link, your connected store, and your exchange and delivery policy. The agent reads them and answers from them, not from guesswork.

  3. Write its instructions in your own words

How it answers, in which dialect, when it hands over to a person, and what it never says. The instructions are plain text, not code.

  4. Test it, then open it to customers

Ask it your customers' real questions before binding it to the number, then watch the questions it could not answer and complete its knowledge from them.

Automating customer service, sales and the store — three goals

Customer service aims for nobody to wait: repeated questions about price, delivery and hours are answered at once, and the team is freed for what needs a person. Sales aims for no customer who asked "how much?" and got busy to be lost: the agent suggests, follows up and completes the order. The store aims for no unconfirmed order to ship: confirmation before dispatch, status messages and cart recovery.

What we do not automate — on purpose

It hands over, it does not decide

Confirming a bank-transfer payment, an angry complaint, a refund, and any exception to your policy. Here the agent gathers the details, then hands the chat to a person with the reason, and never promises what it cannot give.

Frequently asked

1

Do I need a developer to automate WhatsApp?

No. You connect your number through Meta's own steps inside the dashboard — or keep the WhatsApp Business app on your phone alongside it — give the agent your price file or store link and its instructions in your own words, then test it before opening it to customers. Code is only needed to wire your own system, such as sending a verification code from your app.

2

What is the difference between an auto-reply and an AI agent?

An auto-reply is a fixed message for a keyword or a time, such as a welcome or "we are closed". An AI agent reads the customer's question in their dialect and answers from your files and store, handing over to a person when it does not know. Good automation uses both: fixed for what repeats word for word, the agent for what differs every time.

3

Does the bot work 24 hours a day?

Yes, the agent answers at any hour. You choose whether it answers through the night or only sends an out-of-hours message, and what is handed to your team in the morning.

4

What does WhatsApp automation cost?

Two bills: the platform subscription, and Meta's fees on your own Meta account. Replying to whoever wrote first is free for the first 1,000 replies per number each month, then at the utility rate — $0.0036 to an Egyptian number and $0.0107 to a Saudi one — and every template you start is billed at its category's price.

5

Does the automation work with Salla and Zid stores?

The direct connection with Salla and Zid opens by agreement between us and the two platforms, so the agent does not read their orders today. Answering customers works from your product file or a Google Sheet, with order confirmation through a webhook from your system. Direct connections run with Shopify, WooCommerce, Easy Orders and the ArabyBot store.

6

What should not be automated?

Confirming a bank-transfer payment, an angry complaint, and any decision involving money or an exception. For these the agent gathers the details, then hands the conversation to a person with the reason attached.
