Browse and order without leaving the chat
Sending a product link means the customer leaves WhatsApp for a browser, then a page that loads, then an order form. Every step loses part of whoever started. The catalog keeps them where they opened the conversation.
- Products with prices
- A cart inside the chat
- Synced with your store
The catalog lives on your own WhatsApp account at Meta, not on an intermediary server.
What a link loses
Sending a link asks the customer for a second decision: to leave. On a slow connection or an old phone the page may not open at all. Worse, you lose the conversation itself: they go to the site, hit a question with no answer, and never come back to ask it.
Setting it up
Load the products
From a file, or synced from WooCommerce, Salla or Shopify — name, image, price and availability.
Group them
Sections a customer understands: men, women, offers. A long undivided list gets closed before it is read.
Wire it to the bot
When asked about a product it sends the catalog card instead of a text description — and knows price and stock because it reads the same source.
Receive the order
The order arrives with the full cart and is written to your store or a sheet — then confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch.
What the catalog does
A product card in the chat
Image, name and price in one message; the customer taps it, sees the detail, and adds it to the cart.
Synced with your store
Price and stock come from your store, so nothing sold out is shown and no price is stale — the fastest way to lose trust.
Cart and order
The customer collects more than one product and sends the cart, so you get a complete order rather than scattered messages.
And the bot knows what is in it
It answers on sizes, colours and stock from the catalog itself, so it neither invents nor escalates without reason.
The catalog versus sending a link
| A link to your site | ArabyBot | |
|---|---|---|
| Steps before ordering | Leaves WhatsApp, waits for a page, fills a form | Taps and adds to the cart inside the chat |
| On a slow connection | The page may not open at all | The catalog is part of WhatsApp |
| A question while browsing | They ask on the site and find nothing | They ask and the bot answers in the same place |
| Stock | As of the page's last update | Synced from your store |
Questions people actually ask
Does payment happen inside WhatsApp?
In-WhatsApp payment is not available in every market and depends on what Meta offers in your country. The practical path here: the cart completes in the conversation, then cash on delivery or a payment link — with the order confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch.
How many products can I show?
The ceiling is Meta's and is generous for most shops. The practical limit is not the count but the structure: an unsectioned catalog does not get browsed however large it is.
Do I need an online store?
No. You can upload products from a file and run on the catalog alone. Syncing helps when you already have a store whose stock moves.
