Integrations

Four store platforms connected — and one that is not

The short answer

This page used to carry a wall of 36 logos — Magento, OpenCart, Stripe, PayPal, Fawry, HubSpot, Zendesk, Aramex, DHL, Zapier. Not one of them was a real integration. They are gone.

What is left is what actually works: four store platforms with a direct connection, and a fifth we say plainly is not available yet. Below them, a table saying exactly what each one does — including the one cell with a ✗ in it.

01

Sallathe most widely used platform among Saudi stores

Connect your Salla store to WhatsApp: the bot reads products, prices and stock, confirms the order before dispatch and chases the abandoned cart.

  1. Answers "in stock?" and "how much?" from live inventory
  2. Confirms the order before dispatch and stops the ones that would return
  3. Chases the abandoned cart with three messages on your timing
  4. Sends shipment status and asks for a review after delivery

02

Shopifythe most widespread globally, and common across Egypt and the Gulf

A Shopify store with an Arabic WhatsApp bot: live catalogue and stock, cash-on-delivery confirmation and abandoned-cart recovery.

  1. Searches the catalogue and answers with the matching product
  2. Confirms before dispatch — the thing that matters most with cash on delivery
  3. Three cart follow-ups, stopping the moment they buy
  4. Answers in Egyptian or Saudi dialect, depending on your customer

03

WooCommercethe most used among stores on their own hosting

A WooCommerce store on your own hosting, connected to WhatsApp: products, stock and orders in the conversation, with confirmation and cart recovery.

  1. Reads products and stock from your store directly
  2. Confirms the order and follows the delivery
  3. Chases the abandoned cart
  4. Works with any theme — no change to your site

04

Easy Orderscommon in Egypt for landing pages and direct-response selling

Landing pages and orders on Easy Orders, with confirmation and follow-up on WhatsApp — which is what cuts returns on cash on delivery.

  1. Confirms every order before dispatch with one message
  2. Stops an order the customer cancelled before you pay a courier
  3. Sends shipment status and asks for a review
  4. Works alongside your Facebook and Instagram campaigns in the same inbox

Zida widely used Saudi platform — our side is ready and waiting on Zid

The Zid integration is written end to end: catalogue, stock, orders, confirmation, status and abandoned carts. What is left is Zid approving our app — and until that lands the button stays closed, and we say so.

  1. Written and ready: reading the catalogue and stock, opening an order, reading its status, cancelling it
  2. Written and ready: order confirmation before dispatch, and abandoned-cart follow-up
  3. Working today with no integration at all: answering from your own files and knowledge base, in Saudi dialect, including voice notes
Not available yet and the bot still works on your store without it — the page says how Read exactly where it stands

Working today Not available — the reason is below

The single ✗ in this table is abandoned-cart on Easy Orders, and it is not a gap on our side: Easy Orders is built on landing pages rather than a catalogue and a cart, so there is no cart to abandon. We left it as a ✗ rather than "not applicable" so that someone comparing sees the difference without reading a footnote.

And outside stores?

Three things only — and each was verified before it was written here.
